Connecticut State Community College (CT State) Fall 2024

Hello everyone I have applied to the NVCC nursing program for the 2024 fall. Im wondering if my stats are any good or if I should be worried. Whats everyone' stats too if I may ask.

Nursing GPA 3.53

TEAS 92.7

A&P 1 A-

That was my thought as well! I'm super confused about the rationale.

I got an email that I got in for capital!!

I was #10 on the waitlist

But if I'm not able to switch, I'm not about to put off the program another year and go through the application process again. I just kind of expected that it would be a little extra chaotic and a lot of extra hard work for a semester doing both. 🤷‍♀️

I'm going to TRCC in the fall as well. Have you taken A&P II? They said if you haven't taken A&P II or Micro to consider deferring. Cause I was worried I was gonna have to defer because I haven't taken micro. But I took A&P II at another community college so it should count.

I'm finishing up A&P II currently, then micro is my last co-requisite. Unfortunately, I have to take chem over the Summer, since its a pre-req for micro. I'm definitely ready to get on with the main event here!

They didn't say in the email but you should get an email regarding your updated spot on the waitlist.

Update I was waitlisted #35 at capital and just got an email accepted🥳🙏💗. Check your emails and I hope this gives u a reason to stay hopeful. goodluck
