Hi Jennlovee:
All applicants for initial licensure or licensure by endorsement in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, must submit the appropriate form attesting to their moral character. In your case, given that your record is clean your requirement is to fill out the form truthfully according to the directions. Attachment A defines what must be submitted for those with and without a history of criminal convictions, including drug and alcohol treatment and/or disciplinary actions by your state BON.
In your case you would complete the paper work and submit a current resume and a reference(s) from employer/supervisior as described on the form/Attachment A.
It seems that these two areas specifically apply to you (what you must submit):
Initial applicant’s current resume.
Reference from recent or current employment supervisor. Each reference must be originally written on the employer’s letterhead, be addressed to the Board, and include the date written, length of time and capacity in which the author has known the applicant, and the author’s signature.
In your case your resume, signature on the form and reference from current employer/supervisor would provide the documentation attesting to your good moral character.
Hope this helps.
The vast majority of States have a requirement stating that nurses must be "of good moral character". While they may not require a written references to that fact, or a notorized statement of that, virtually everyone in which I have been licensed list "good moral character" as a nursing requirement ( I am licensed in 6 states) Which means that if you submit your application, your are indicating that you are of good moral character.

I am applying for license by endorsement. Here in Michigan we don't have these Good Moral Character compliances.
I havent been convicted of any crimes so I am really confused on what I am supposed to submit (if anything) to verify my good moral character????
