Confused........

Ok so i took my Nclex pn on the 21st of October 2014 precisely 2 weeks and 2 days today,the computer shut off @ 85 questions;tried d pearson vue trick and had d good pop up.as at today i still get d good pop up but i'm yet to get my result.i live in california so pearson vue doesnt support quick result in Cali.my questions are 1) is pearson vue truck reliable 'cos i'm so eager 2 know my result. 2)how long does it take to get official result in california finally 3) with 85 questions & good pop up,do i assume i passed?thanks in anticipation

I wouldn't assume anything at this point. Until you get your results you will not know if you have passed or failed. It varies, especially in California, when you will get your results. Right now, just try to keep busy and be patient. Best wishes.

I know how you feel I took my nclex October 22 in Anaheim in California I'm still waiting for that letter in the mail hopefully passing results but I'm getting the good pop up I hear it's pretty accurate I heard it takes 3 weeks to get your results in California or at least that's how long my other nursing friends have gotten there result letter in good luck!it should come soon hopefully next week ?!

how long did you wait after you took the nclex to do the pearson vue trick? also waiting for results in ca.

Update update update!!!i finally got my result in d mail today.i passed.apparently,d myth is right.if u had only 85 questions with d good pop up u passed.pearson vue trick works people.

After the first 24-48 hours, the pop-up will be accurate because your exam will have been scored twice and it's that 2nd scoring that is definitive. I don't think I've heard of anyone going past 48 hours who has had their results flip from one status to another. Prior to 48 hours, it's possible to have a status change, and even then, most of the time that would happen prior to 24 hours.

Unless you see license numbers associated with your name, do not trust the popup results until at least 24 hours have passed since submitting the exam. I, and a classmate or two, got our licenses at around 36 hours post-submission for score. I know that the BVNPT is pretty swamped with applications, so it could take a while for your licenses to show up, but I included that just so show you that they can (and usually will) have your results ready well before the 48 hour mark for the Quick Results... unfortunately California doesn't participate in that... GRRR!!!

Got my letter today!i passed to!!!! Super excited the Pop up trick does work!!! Does anyone know if u can drive to Sacramento and pay there so u can get a temp license to start working or do u have to wait the 3-4 weeks I'm just anxious to start working!
