Hello everyone, CONGRATS to everyone that has an interview! I also have my scheduled for Friday afternoon. Super nervous but excited!

Has anybody received an email with the zoom meeting info after they confirmed their attendance? I sent in mine during the holiday weekend and got an automated response so I'm just paranoid they might not see my confirmation ?

Hello all,

I have an interview on Saturday, July 11th! I am so nervous but so excited because this is the first interview I have gotten since applying to ABSN programs.

Do you guys know of any questions they could be asking? I figure it will be the normal questions sort of similar to the essay questions given for the application but I could be wrong.

Hi Everyone!

I had an interview for a different ABSN program last year and I remember them asking me the following questions:

- Why the change of career?

- How will you succeed in an accelerated nursing program?

- What are your strengths and weaknesses?

They asked me other questions but I can't remember them. I do remember them asking me a scenario question.

I know it was for a different program but the questions may be similar since they're both ABSN programs.

I am also going to look up the University's Mission, Vision and Values. It doesn't hurt to know those, just in case they ask us about them.

I got an automated response but it was because they were out of the office for the holidays. The pdf they sent us with the interview info says you won’t get a response when you email your confirmation. Not sure why, but they said as long as you email them you should be good.

im assuming they'll send out the zoom info after the confirmation deadline ? .. or at least thats what im hoping!!

That makes a lot of sense. At least we're all on the same page! How is everybody preparing for this? I've never had a big interview through zoom so it feels like a whole new experience.

Hey,

I have my interview for Saturday PM! I'm trying to prepare by writing out some of the common interview questions they might ask on a doc and writing my answers, and then reading over the answers so that I have a general outline to follow when I'm answering the questions during the actual interview. I've never had a interview through zoom either, so not sure what to expect.. hope this helps!
