Concordia NY Fall 2018

Hey all! I was recently admitted to Concordia's Fall 2018 ABSN program and figured I'd start a thread on it, since I haven't noticed one yet. Anyone have any questions? Concerns? Etc?

Yeah if anyone feels like doing it and posting the link that would be great. I would, but the last time I created or used a facebook group was circa 2009, and have no clue how to do that anymore.

Has anybody heard anything about when the orientation will be?

To answer some questions: Your first two semesters classes are mon-friday, one group of Students may have a fri or thurs off.

The scrubs arent that bad, but get new bottoms if you want.

Clinical placement is random and mon-friday.

You can wear sneakers to clinical/lab, just make sure theyre not over the top with colors. Stick to black/white/grey.

There is one next month June 6 or 22. You have to choose one. And there is a mandatory 2 days orientation is August 20 and 21. You probably received the letter by now, but just in case that is the answer to your question.
