Oh wow that was right after us then! We were done around 12:45p. So the professors barely got a chance to take a breather and then start all over. How many applicants were in the afternoon? There were 39 in the morning. Some had groups of 6 and some were 7. There were a lot of nice people and my group was fun. We were all kind of rooting for each other.

The director said that they were all meeting up after that am group to make some decisions right then and there before the pm group came in!!!!! Must have been a VERY long and exhausting day for all of them! I am assuming they were going to do the same after they did their evening group as well. So I am guessing those cuts were based on the interviewer's reactions to all of us that day. The rest I would think they will be reviewed, weighed and measured even further to determine the wait list and such... I just had no idea they were making such big decisions on the very day they interviewed us!

My friend got a letter today that she's on the waitlist.....so they've already started sending them out.

Really? That's awesome - I thought they were going to be sending them out on the 25th. That means they are ahead of schedule. I'm nervous!!

Yeah she said the letter said she'd be notified by July 25th via a phone call if she was going to be selected from the waitlist for admission. I'm super nervous and bummed there's no mail tomorrow. I'm dying to know!

sorry im just replying! there were about 35 interviewed and yes, the professors had no chance to take a break so they were probably very tired by the time our group went in!

Hi Guys,

I am so so sad. I got the letter today They denied my application. That's it "thank you for applying, but the comittee has decided to deny your application for admission." I don't know what I am gonna do now. This is the only school I applyied so far.

Anyways I wish you all good luck. The day of the interview I met wonderful people. I am pretty sure you guys will become great nurses.

What?! When did your friend receive the phone call? I wonder if they are calling people now.....they never said anything about phone calls during the interview.

Mail just arrived but unfortunately, no news on my side. No news is usually good news as I assume it takes longer to mail those acceptance packets. :clown:
