Hi, I am considering applying to Concordia. How is the program? Can you compare it to CNR? What made you decide to go there. I have been accepted to CNR but their requirements are too much compared to Concordia. Are you in the Accelerated program. thanks.
Hi I love Concordia college i think that they have an excellent program where you learn so much in the short period while there. I do not know much about CNR's program. I found out about this program from White Plains hospital it came very recommended. Also Concordia has a high pass rate on the NCLEX I think its # 7 in NY. I am in the accelerated program I can say that you have a learning experience with the class and lab work also it is paired with clinical's where you get a lot of hands on learning. The teachers are always present to help and want you to succeed. I hope that helps if you have any other questions please ask. thank you
Yes, thanks. What about the teas exam. Is there a passing grade? How do I prepare for it? Are classes held in the evening as well or only the day. I hear CNR is really flexible.
The TEAS exam wasn't too bad I'm not sure what the passing grade is exactly but I belive it is 70. I bought a book to help me prepare and did lots of questions . The classes range from anywhere 830 to 7 at night they register you for classes but you usually don't have more than 2-3 classes per day but you will get scheduled labs so your schedule has to be open
Thanks, Kim. My name is Sola. Maybe we will meet in the future.
No problem anytime if you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask . It's nice talking to and hopefully we may meet in the future .

Glad to you are offering assistance. I am interested in a Accelrated Nursing Program I have a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts (Socioloy/Psychology). I have the social science preqe's but NONE of the science prereq's.
Also, my grade in undergrad for statistics was not uh, so great- I passed though by the skinny skin of my teeth. Will that be a factor?
What entrance exam did u take to get in the program? The college is private is it expensive?
Thanks.
Yes, while CNR is a great school actually my alma mater-- they are very expensive its like they are in competition with Yale and Harvard.... smh!!!
Hi I don't think your statistic course will affect you so much, but you do need to finish all your prereq's and get a B in them and also score Proficient on the TEAS exam,I'm sure that you will be fine also the interview portion is what makes or breaks you . All the teachers love a good personality, The cost for the college is about 50,000 , if you have any other questions just ask
thank you!
It will probably take 2 years to finish prereq's. ...smh

Hi,
I've been accepted into the program and will begin in the Fall. What tips and suggestions do you have prior to beginning the program?
Thanks
