Concorde grads where are you now? How was your experience at this particular school? Which program did you choose? LVN or RN?
I am asking because I'm thinking of taking the entrance exam to attend this school for the 15 month RN program. Please give feedback, everyone is welcome :)

I've met many Concorde grads who are now LVNs. In fact, one of my coworkers graduated from Concorde in 2009. The quality of the graduates' nursing skills varies from decent to subpar.
I'd be careful about taking out $30,000 in loans for an LVN program that will result in a $500 monthly payment upon graduation for years to come. The DFW area is flooded with LVNs right now, so jobs are hard to find compared to several years ago, and the wages are stagnant.
Personally, I would commute to an LVN program at NCTC, Hill College, Navarro, Weatherford, Grayson County College, or any of the outlying community colleges. Their programs tend to be less competitive for entry than the city CCs such as El Centro.

Wow....$30,000.00 for LPN. That's my daughters entire cost for a BSN
