What do you mean exactly? A good drug guide (I use Davis) will give you just about any information you need such as dosing, interactions, indications, etc.
I use the hospital formulary program on our work computers. It is consice, regularly updated, has an IV compatibility guide, and is free. During day shift, there is often a pharmacist on the unit I can ask questions that come up.
