I'm just wondering how long is other people's commute times to work/nursing school ? I'll be starting a new job in February which will require a 45 min- 1 hr commute each way, 3 days a week, and I'm kind of nervous about it because I've never had a longer commute than maybe 20 minutes. I'll be working day shift.

I have a 3 minute commute. Works well when I am on call, I can take my time. ~Ivanna

I timed my trip to work the other night, catching all the lights took me 6 min to get to work.

Depends on whether I drive, ride or jog.

I'm probably not going to make any friends with this reply, but I have about a 4 minute commute. I work at a small community hospital and it's literally about 1 mile up the road. In cold weather, I don't even bother turning the heat on, because it never heats up the car in time.

Me too except my commute is closer - if I walk, 10 min, if I drive about 2 min.
