Community college student.

hello everyone i'm new here so i apologize if i have posted this in wrong place.

here it goes. i am in the waiting list at the local community college, this is my last semester before going into the actual nursing program, now my question is how did you guys find right field to go into? like a specialization? my question is because i have no clue what do i want to do, i always wanted to be a nurse but never really thought i really wanted to do with my degree but recently i have looked into the medical intensive care unit, or medical surgical intensive care unit now the program at the local college is rn with some specialization my question is does i need to get my rn to bsn first before actually looking into being in either of those fields? again i apologize if have placed this thread in the wrong section and thank you so much for you answers!
