Common drug allergy cheat sheets

Hello,

Im a fairly new nurse. I was looking to find a list of the most common allergies and what meds are included.

Ex. PCN allergy includes augmentin. zosyn, keflex, ancef ...plus others.

Links would be awesome.

I am not exactly sure that a "common" allergy sheet is helpful. It's not going to be too helpful if you have a pt who is allergic to something not on the sheet and a human can be allergic to basically any med.

People allergic to medicines should have it listed on their chart and (e)MAR, and at most facilities inpatients will have an allergy band on their wrist. The moment you think you have the common allergies down pat, someone will be there with an uncommon allergy.
