Common Conditions or Random Ones?

I am still stressing about being prepared for my NCLEX coming up this week. I'm just hoping those of you who have taken the NCLEX can help me out. Just wondering if most of the test is stuff we actually studied in Nursing School or is it totally random type things? I know the tests vary and I know you can't give details but I'm just interested in hearing your perspectives on this. Thanks! I appreciate the input.

My test didn't have any out of the way conditions on it. I really don't see the point in that. Too many more people would then fail because there are too many to learn. Furthermore, you wouldn't be encountering them on a day to day basis in your practice.
