Commissioning new Critical Care Unit

I am designing a new Critical Care Unit. ten beds. 6 for coronary care, and 4 for ICU. It will be level 1.,, that is for ventilated patients and all types of ICU, but not cath lab and no haemodialysis.

if there is anyone who knows how to put this together, or a business plan for management to justify the CCU, please help. I dont know how to put all this on paper for management to say, 'yeah, that sounds good, we will build it'

Do you need a drawing or layout? Or just a business plan?

Is the space already there or are you starting form the ground up?

If it is there, what are the dimensions?

Do you already have some type of CCU in this facility?

If you add in extra plumbing you will be able to do dialysis for your patients that are there, if they should need it. Actually it isn't any more than a faucet in each of the rooms, or at least two of them.

I am now in Bangkok, but used to design and layout these units. :balloons:
