thanks for advice!
I am on to that side of it already. I am slowly but surely making some progress with regard to the nursing licence. I am now concentrating on what facilities i should be thinking about/ looking at. We have no set area to move, i guess it all depends on where i end up working. Anyone do school nursing? I am interested in moving into that field if suitable.

There are several major children's hospitals in the Boston area. Tufts New England Hospital ( Floating Hospital), MGH Mass General Hospital, Boston's Children's Hospital, Boston Medical Center, all have Pedi Units.
The job market is very tough here. Do you have a BSN which is required of most Boston Hospitals ( although your clinical experience may out weight it).
Do you have live in Boston? There are other parts of US where you my find a job quicker.

Hi all
i am a paeds nurse from Australia and i am married to a Boston boy! We have been in Australia for about 10 years and he has had enough and wants to come home. I am just wanting abit of info/advice over the best spots to work. I have a general paeds background and HDU experience. Have done level 2 outpatients and also paediatric sleep studies.
Thanks for help.......its a bit daunting as i have never been to Boston let alone any of the hospitals there!
