I know the application hasn't opened yet, but wondering if there was anyone else thinking of applying to Columbia MDE/DNP programs for June 2022 entry?

Hopefully that means by Friday. This happens all the time people get told something and it never seems to happen. I hope you got solid information this time! Thank you for calling.  That’s very kind ?. This wait is brutal.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CHECKING! I was wondering the exact thing too. Between this and the other programs I applied to the anticipation is awful. I keep looking checking my e-mail notification every time someone posts here for updates. Fingers crossed

Hi guys! Ugh, I have been lurking here since the start of this thread haha! The anxious waiting got the best of me!

“Very soon” exactly LOL. Just give us a date… or better yet create date and stick to it each year. This Avoids anxiety, frustration and confusion with applicants. Also, for people who have applied to other programs and have to place a deposit down… then it’s on them to deal with that because they already will know when decisions will be posted.

I would like to see more standardization of application deadlines, decision dates, and program start dates across these nursing programs. Every school I’m applying to is wildly different.

I was thinking because for the past few years they were releasing the answers so randomly they probably got a lot of hate for it. I mean, with a reason. Cause some people waited till March to find out. 
so maybe that’s why they’re trying to release it on the same date this year. However, if we have a deadline for application, shouldn’t they have a deadline for decisions?

I really would like to know today because ? I want to do this hospital internship for my senior year. They are more likely to pick people who will stay the Summer, and I need to let them know a lot of other schools have a fall start. I hope we hear today.

Call them up and say Hey… it’s February you guys have a date for decisions and tell them your have an internship you’re holding out on.
