Hello!
I know this is a bit early, but I'm planning to apply to the apply to the Columbia Entry to Practice Program (among a few others) this fall. I've seen similar forums for past application periods, and thought it might be nice to get one started so we can start to bounce ideas and questions off each other.
Has anyone been to an open house? Any information worth sharing?
I got a call from Jose too! This is so surreal. I have no idea what I'm going to do. A few weeks ago, I was waitlisted everywhere. I have since been offered admission at Columbia, UCLA, and Duke. If I'm not mistaking, the bottom line will be about the same at the end (in terms of cost), but Duke and Columbia have better defined NP pathways. However, UCLA has the friendliest sticker price but is two years long and I can expect to borrow about $50K per year (my gf is finishing up the MECN and has shared this info with me).
How is everyone else going about making their decision?

I personally think any school is an investment. Go with your gut and what you feel comfortable with.
