New to Denver - which are the best agencies?

U.S.A. Colorado

I've finally made the move from San Francisco to Denver!

I'd like to start with registry work, to check out the various hospitals. Can anyone tell me which agencies are the best to work for, in terms of pay, amount of work available, and how they treat their employees? My specialty is critical care, but I would do stepdown also if needed. In San Fran there was as much work as you wanted, but I don't know if that's the case here as well.

Also, Sky Ridge looks very nice - can anyone tell me about their experience there, in terms of the things noted above, also how their per-diem status works?

Thanks!

P.S. and thank you to the person who responded to my original post last May - you gave lots of good info re: Swedish. I will consider them also. (the three that look the best so far are PSL, Swedish and SkyRidge)

Specializes in LTC, Agency, HHC.
