Collin College Summer 2016 ADN

HEY Folks!!

Just wondering how many of you there are out there who have applied for the accelerated Summer ADN Program at Collin College! I have not seen anything posted on the web and I would love to get in touch with everyone!

So excited!

I had no idea about the summer :( But I applied for the Fall with 26 points its low but I will remain hopeful since it took me forever to get to this point to even apply with having 3 kids under the age of 4. I have A's in my Pre reqs, and I just took my PSB and got a 5

I just called the Nursing Department and was told that the letters haven't been sent due to an administrative issue í ½í¸•. Sorry guys.

So sad! Did they say when the letters would be sent?

I just called and they said any day this week. Shrugs - from experience of dealing with them this past semester I have learned they just say anything to get you off the phone. Best thing to do is just wait until the letter actually comes in the mail because depending on what they say usually makes you more anxious than usual.

I just called again to be sure and was told letters still haven't been mailed out any day now. So I am just going to just wait until after the 15th to see if anything comes. Good luck to everyone!

Hi everyone! I applied for the fall, but have not seen anyone do a thread on the fall. How many points are yall going in with?

My points:

1 point for completion of biology

2 points for A&P 1 and 2 (currently in micro)

10 points for the prereq GPA

9 points for cumulative GPA

2 points for honors classes (biology and psychology 1)

5 points for the PSB

I have a total of 29 points, and did not do very well on the PSB. Any advice for the PSB if I have to take it again?
