Collin College LVN-RN Summer 2020

Hello!

I was wondering if there are any other LVNs that are anxiously awaiting the new information that is to be released in March about the bridge program at Collin. There was an announcement made today that they will have a summer 2020 admission. ?

With the holiday weekend coming up maybe we'll hear today. Maybe on Tuesday.

Honestly I think they are done choosing and have reached out to who they wanted to reach out to. Orientation was today and I heard they asked the board for 45 students vs 40 so I think they already selected the 5 honestly

I heard the same from my friend that made it in. I think it’s a done deal. ? I’ve already grieved about it as much as I can these past couple of days.

They could have at least sent out an email to those who applied, as a courtesy ?

They did not send our any notifications? They said it was 187 applicants and they chose 45

Still nothing I email Ms Rangel yesterday and she said that everyone who applied would get an email...I’m not sure why it’s taking so long if they have chosen their 45?

I have sent 2 emails and heard nothing. It's frustrating but if they say we will hear either way, then I trust that.
