Hello!
I was wondering if there are any other LVNs that are anxiously awaiting the new information that is to be released in March about the bridge program at Collin. There was an announcement made today that they will have a summer 2020 admission. ?

It used to be easier to get into Collin. They used to have application cycles for LVN-RN 3 times a year, you had to have your sciences within the past 5yrs, and you had to have continuous full time employment for 6months preceding into the program (I prob would of made better grades on my sciences if I could of went PRN instead of juggling FT work and school.) I’m hoping in the future they’ll have more than just one application cycle. I was also ready to take the TEAS in March but the school shut down. I feel like I could of been more competitive if they still would of had those requirements in place...it was the first bridge program I applied to and was having high hopes of starting but ??♀️. So I guess it’s back to the drawing board.

Today I heard they are still sorting through waitlist. So I have no clue!

She even said she would send them out shortly and that was around 11. Still havent heard
Just keep praying...I’m sure they are busy and stressed as well. Class starts in just a couple weeks and have so many applications to go through.
Thank you both for the updates! I will continue to pray and hope for the best ?
