Collin College ADN program Fall 2022

Hi, I know it’s kinda early but I wanted to start a string for those applying to Collin college ADN/RN program in the Fall of 2022. I just want to know where I fall points wise and competitive wise to others who are also applying this coming Fall. 

Has anyone purchased their uniforms yet?

I did, only because I didn’t know the size so I ordered a couple to try on and return

Hey so I took a CPR class in person and they gave me an e-card but when I go to submit it on castle branch it says the file must contain both the front and back of card and it must be signed but there is no where to sign do I just print it out and sign it somewhere? If someone could let me know I’d really appreciate it thank you!

You shouldn’t have to sign it, it should just have your instructors info on there as well as your info. The efile you have is fine to turn in as it has the info that is needed for castle branch to approve. I got an efile of mine and turned mine in with no issues.

Hi, are we supposed to pick up the blue nursing kit? The email specifies it will be delivered on site for our 1st day in lab, however, the lady at the bookstore told me I could pick up my order now. Does that sound right to anyone?

Blue bags are indeed picked up first day of labs. You walk in a line, give them your name and then they will hand you a bag. The rest of your order you pick up at the book store is the books you ordered.

How do know what to order? We haven’t even registered yet. I assume we can just go pick up scrubs from the book store, but everything else? What is in the blue bags?

The books all come as a bundle as well as the online access to the courses. The bag is full of supplies you will need for lab like syringes, IV bags, IV tubing… etc.
