So now that 2019 applicants have found out their results. I wanted to create this to allow anyone who is thinking about applying to CSM nursing school to communicate with one another, asks any question's, or even to share things that may be helpful to someone else.
I would like to congratulate anyone who was accepted into the nursing program. Enjoy your experience and I wish you all the luck!
And also to everyone who was not able to make the cut this time you still put in lots of time, lots of effort, and tried your absolute best. So I applaud you for your hard work!!!!

Did anyone attend the Zoom meeting for CSM RN program today and don’t mind sharing with me what was mentioned?
It’s a mandatory meeting but I spoke to the staff member to waive my attendance due to personal circumstances. She sent me a link of the the recorded meeting but I can’t seem to access it. I am currently on the waitlist for this Fall cohort.

I would email Judith and ask her for the links necessary to keep you on the list. They pretty much covered it all from the background checks to financial aid and the BSN program. they didn’t tell us much about the waitlist except that 9 people said no, they just want us to do the background checks and physical etc. Incase they call us.

Thank you. J***** knows about my case and will keep me on the waitlist still. I also received the email today where she attached a few documents regarding the BSN program and student handbook.
I see, so waitlist students should still get a background check and physical don’t buy a July 16th. Does that include getting the CPR certification too? I assume it has to be from the AHA...
They recommend we do it all, backgrounds, titers, physicals etc. they had also recommended to take med calculations and terminology in the Summer were you able to get into those?

Yeah I saw the recommended classes in the document and presentation file. I actually took Med Terminology already at Ohlone college. Hopefully the background check can be used for other schools too if I do need it for other purposes. Thanks
