College of Nursing and Allied Health or Mount Saint Mary (Doheny) ADN Program?

Published

I am currently at a community college and taking my prerequisites for nursing. I have been informed that applying to a community college might be a challenge so I am looking at private schools as another option. I came across two private schools that I thought were great schools, College of Nursing and Allied Health and Mount St Mary (Doheny). Which school do you think is best? Thank you :)

You will get better exposure if you post this under the state forum where the schools are. Good luck to you.

Private schools tend to be very expensive.

Hey I am also looking at both schools. I have heard MSMC is a great school, I attended their Information Session, they have loads of General Education requirements. Tuition is about 35000 for the entire program. let me know if you need anymore information

Thank you for your response rizzy81 =)

I heard the tuition at MSMC was around $50,000. Have you decided which school to attend? Do you have any information about the College of Nursing and Allied Health School?

College of Nursing and Allied Health School would be very difficult to get into, as they accept only 30 students and I am sure a lot of people apply, plus you have to be a resident exclusively to the LA County.

MSMC Tuition is 35000.

And lol I will decide on a school when I get accepted to that school. But I am looking at Career Colleges outside of California, where I can do it faster, and get accepted faster as well. Now It might not fully accredited but I will take my chances to hold the RN License.
