College of New Rochelle Fall 2016

Just wanted to share a little info I got for the fall semester entries. We will be getting an emailed info packet in the next few weeks. Orientation day is 8/25.
I will be in Florida the last two weeks in August so I need to fly back for a night or two to attend orientation! That's not a problem because I don't want to miss anything!

Thank you for the orientation date. It helps me plan ahead. For summer vacation. See you there.

i was recently accepted into CNR individualized program. I received my letter, made my $300 deposit but haven't heard anything since. Has anyone contacted you yet in regard to the next steps ?

Hi Nature1998. You need you apply for financial aid and tap. After that you will receive a letter on what you habe been a prove. Then your package which i guess no one has receive that yet. See you soon. How will you deal with transportation?

It was my first choice at the beginning. However i found apt to be expensive down there. So i will buy a car and commute from the bronx.

CNR was my first choice too. It will be tough paying for it but the program seems great. I wonder how the class schedule will be and when we start clinical.

I live in the Bronx. I'm hoping I will have time in the mornings to drop my kids off from school before heading up to New Rochelle.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all. This will be a great journey, I'm sure!

Hello All,

I also have been accepted in the CNR Fall 2016 Individualized program. Paid the $300 deposit and just waiting for the packet. I also filed out the FASFA as well but don't think I will be receiving any help since I already have a bachelors. Excited to start! Heard it is a really good program!

I just received my financial aid packet on Monday. I completed my FAFSA last week and paid my deposit on Monday night. I am getting some assistance but am a little confused with the tuition and semesters. On the financial aid form it says summer, fall, and spring semesters but I thought it was only a fall and spring program for the individualized track. I left a message and emailed the financial aid department today but haven't heard back. I suppose I'll have to call back on Tuesday. Did anyone else receive the packet yet?

Yes i did and i sent it to them last week. For our program is only fall and spring no summer. But i heard if you gpa is high you can take one summer. I did receive tap only for fall not for spring. I will take parent plus loan because i am 24 yrs so my parents will take out the rest of the loan for me.
