The College Network is a publishing company, not an institution that grants degrees. Rue is simply another publishing company. You do not need publishing companies in order to complete your education.
RN programs at Excelsior College and ISU can be completed without the use of the College Network or Rue. Buyer beware, because these publishing companies are expensive, play off peoples' fears of failure, and entail legally binding contracts that are impossible to escape.
