College of the mainland (COM) Fall 2016

Hello everyone, I'm just making a thread for everyone that is applying for this upcoming semester. I applied last for the spring but didn't get in d/t a clerical error so make sure if you guys are applying to double and triple check they have all of your information in the system. Good luck to all of you!!!

Hopefully we will all hear by next week! Do they send the acceptance letters over email or regular mail?

They use this email service. It sends out a mass email to everyone accepted at once. Then the following day was the denial emails. And I just looked at the calendar and I guess the 3rd week would technically be next week. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Has anyone said what a good point range is for this term?

They said they aren't gonna be sending out emails till the first week in June. So much for the 3 week thing.

The anxiety is building up! I was really hoping they would send them out by next week í ½í¸•

Yea same here. But at the same time if it takes more time to get everything correct then I'd rather them do that and triple check. But this school really isn't my first option I'd rather San jac because I'm in district.

I really wonder what would be good rank to get in but they said this is the first time they do this where they change the ranking so hopefully I have a chance. In total I have a 675 which based on what u guys have mine is not that good as yalls :/ but I hope I still get a chance. I did call yesterday too and they said that they are still reviewing applications and they won't send emails out until the end of may.

675... Yea I really don't have any clue what a competitive score would be. I was wondering how many ppl actually made it in the 800 range. Seems like a far cry
