College of the Mainland ADN Program

Published

Helpppp! I missed the spring 2016 ADN deadlines for College of the Mainland so I'm planning on applying to the ADN program for Fall 2016. Is there anyone else considering to apply for the fall admissions too? Also, can anyone tell me what courses/things I can do to get ahead since I will have a whole semester to do so? Any information on the program will help. Thanks!

Yes the 1st was for the school the 2nd is for the BON

I know a student attending this fall. The information mentioned above seems to be true. He said no lectures they only recieve PowerPoints and that they are to study on their own. Health Assessment although now sixteen weeks seems to be his issue because the information he studies from PowerPoint does not go with test.

The hardest part for the student I talked to is Into. They added legal and ethical to intro and she said that 3rd semester students are just now taking it and ALOT of them are failing it. So for some reason they added that to Intro for first semester students. She said she is doing well in everything except that...of course I do not know anything about her time management/study skills and if that plays a part, I'm just relaying our conversation.. In this persons opinion, she said they made health assessment easier and took out a lot of stuff that wasn't necessary.

Also, I see that I have 2 messages and cannot read them because I have not met the requirements just fyi :)

How does the drug testing work i

paid for it already, but I haven't received an appointment. Has anyone else did theirs?

When did u pay? I paid for mine this morning around 8 still no email I wonder how long it takes...I made an appointment for my fingerprints but no openings for 2 weeks so I go on the 15th

I'm going to pay for my drug test in the morning. I'm going to make my fingerprint appointment in the morning too. They have appointments for next week if you don't mind driving an hour in a half to get there.

Where is that @hopeful22

On the identogo website under the book an appointment tab. I was going to take a picture of it, but I don't know how to copy it here.

I didn't see anything about the apt

I mean where is the office located with available appointments

Sorry I misunderstood the question. The closest one that pulled when I put in my zip code is in Bay City. When I checked a couple of days ago they had appointments for today and next week. There were some appointments in Livingston as well.
