Helpppp! I missed the spring 2016 ADN deadlines for College of the Mainland so I'm planning on applying to the ADN program for Fall 2016. Is there anyone else considering to apply for the fall admissions too? Also, can anyone tell me what courses/things I can do to get ahead since I will have a whole semester to do so? Any information on the program will help. Thanks!
I know a student attending this fall. The information mentioned above seems to be true. He said no lectures they only recieve PowerPoints and that they are to study on their own. Health Assessment although now sixteen weeks seems to be his issue because the information he studies from PowerPoint does not go with test.
The hardest part for the student I talked to is Into. They added legal and ethical to intro and she said that 3rd semester students are just now taking it and ALOT of them are failing it. So for some reason they added that to Intro for first semester students. She said she is doing well in everything except that...of course I do not know anything about her time management/study skills and if that plays a part, I'm just relaying our conversation.. In this persons opinion, she said they made health assessment easier and took out a lot of stuff that wasn't necessary.
