College of the Mainland ADN FALL 2019 program

Hi, I’m applying for the fall at com and wanted to start a post for the upcoming applicants who are also applying. I been following all the other posts from semesters before which makes me pretty nervous about my chances of getting in. Good luck to everyone!

I chose Alvin. My advice for HESI is study various sources for A&P, use Elsevier study guide for Math and grammar if needed.

Hey guys, do y’all know if the 2 week mark for them to let us know is this Friday or did they mean 1-2 weeks counting only business days?

It is this Friday. The LVN - ADN applicants took like 13 days to hear back I believe. San Jac and Alvin have already accepted their students and alternates.

Have any of y’all tried to log into the portal recently? I just attempted to and it’s now telling me inactive.

I asked them yesterday and they said that everyone loses access after the deadline. If you get in, then they will activate your log in again. Weird.

Oh okay, I was thinking maybe that was why but wasn’t sure. Ya that is weird though. Did they happen to mention when they thought they’d have the results by? Lol

Well guys, just letting y’all know I called the nursing department to check on the status of our applications and she said she’s not sure if the results will be posted today or not. She said they still have a couple of things they were working on.

I emailed them today asking if we'll hear anything from them today since it is technically week 2. Hopefully they get back in the next couple hours.
