Hello everyone,
I am hoping to connect with other COC Fall 2022 ADN applicants! Perhaps we can share updates and stats as we go through the selection process for this year's application cycle. We can also use this thread to talk about any other programs we are also applying to as well as help each other out!

I haven't gotten anything yet, you're applying to LVN to RN right?
I'm sure we won't get our TEAS invite until March 31, seems like every other cycle has gotten theirs at the end of the month.

Congrats!! That's so exciting!!
Hi all! I too am waiting to hear back from COC! If we are in the first round of considerations, I think we will be getting an invitation to take the TEAS or be asked to send in our TEAS transcripts.
I applied to COC, Moorpark, Glendale, CSULA, Santa Monica and county. I got accepted to Moorpark last week! So excited! But it’s 45 miles away and COC is like, 5 (I live in Santa Clarita).
If I get into COC, I’m debating if I should go somewhere closer to home, or travel to Moorpark because They have higher pass rates. Anyone else having a similar dilemma?

I got accepted to Moorpark too!! Not sure where you live but I’m debating if I should go to COC if I get accepted (because it’s local) or travel 45 miles to Moorpark because of their 100% pass rates LOL. Congrats! Maybe I’ll see ya in the orientation on 4/3! ?

Awesome! I'll definitely see you then! That is a super tough decision. I live in Woodland Hills so I am pretty equidistant between both but I plan to relocate in the fall anyways. I just keep hearing how amazing the Moorpark program is, but I'm sure COC is great as well. I personally would probably choose the shorter commute at the end of the day (I hate traffic haha), but obviously you have to decide what's best for you. Maybe see how you feel after the new student tea?
