I received my acceptance email yesterday but I will be declining because I already committed to Moorpark a couple months ago. Hopefully, they'll be sending out another round of acceptance letters. Good luck to everyone!

Awesome! I'll definitely see you then! That is a super tough decision. I live in Woodland Hills so I am pretty equidistant between both but I plan to relocate in the fall anyways. I just keep hearing how amazing the Moorpark program is, but I'm sure COC is great as well. I personally would probably choose the shorter commute at the end of the day (I hate traffic haha), but obviously you have to decide what's best for you. Maybe see how you feel after the new student tea?

Good luck to us all on our journeys! Has anybody talked to former students? I'm wondering how much financial aid is available since it will be our second bachelor's. Being 50k+ in debt is a tough pill to swallow.

Is it even possible to work with the accelerated schedule? Were you awarded any financial aid, given that it is a second bachelor's degree? How are you liking the program? Hello there! I am trying to decide if I should apply or not. I've already started the application but have not submitted it yet. CSUN's ABSN was originally my first choice but I've already been accepted into Moorpark's ADN program and considering just doing ADN-BSN because it is soooo much cheaper it's wild. But the 15 months is much faster and super appealing. It's all so confusing. My stats are 3.5 undergrad GPA, 4.0 in pre-reqs, CNA license. Don't feel like I am super competitive because I don't have a lot of job experience in health care. How about you??

No news! I'm sure it'll be coming closer to the 31st. I was actually accepted to Moorpark so I am not sure that I am going to proceed with COC, but I'll still post here if I hear anything! ?
