Cochran School of Nursing Orientation

Good day all. I have been accepted to CSON for the fall 2014 evening section. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to make the two orientation days. I will be out of the country that week. What type of information is given during these two days and what procedures does the student go through? I am trying to see if I can possibly get everything done before heading to my trip but right now I don't seem to be getting definite answers about this situation yet.

I think you need to contact the school, and FAST. They can certainly give you information if you cannot attend, but you might find it's mandatory in order to stay in the program.

I did contact the school and before sending my deposit I spoke to **** and let her know and initially on the phone she said that should be okay given the advance notice I gave so I went ahead and comp,eyed all the requirements but when she called me back she didn't mention the options for orientation so I reminded her again and she said to call her on a couple of days and she should have a response for me. I booked this trip back in Feb before knowing what my fate was with nursing school. Hopefully they will have good news for me when I contact them again in a couple of days. I figured the information could be given to me earlier and although I will miss the keynote speakers at least I will have the pertinent information to start a successful semester.

Hiiii do u mind telling me what score u got for the Keplan !? So worried about it, since all the places I applied required the teas grade to be so high !! Thank u :)

Definitely go over your science portion of it. Physiological functions. There was math and language on there as well but you are able to use a calculator for the math portion. Good luck!
