I am preparing to take the NLN certified nurse educator exam soon and would like to hear from those who have taken the exam recently. How did you prepare for the examination? Any recommended study material/prep courses? I am currently reading Billings & Halstead to start with.

I am starting my journey today with 3 other educators i work with. There's a lot of information and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I do have Billings And Halstead, Ruth Whitman and NLN Caputi book as well as flash cards. í ½í¸³

I created a study plan that kept me on track and this helped me to know that I was covering the necessary material

I am just looking for some helpful tips that will hopefully assist me with successfully passing the CNE. I just registered for the exam yesterday and I am already starting to get overwhelmed after reading all of the comments. I have read the the Billings & Halstead, Teaching in Nursing is an excellent resource. I have the 4th edition vs the 5th edition I am hoping there is not much difference. I am also on a pretty limited budget, so if you had to purchase only 1-2 things for preparation of the CNE, what would they be? Any other tips that may beneficial would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
