Hi' I'm studying for my cna exam, and whould like to know can someone who is experienced as a cna and has took the test in Florida. Tell me if you had to write a essay on the test?

I got study material from the local library. I reccommend Mosby's. I just sent in my application to challenge the test. About how long will it take for them to send me test day? how long after will can realistically start working? Thanks

I took my test june 2 2010, my three skills were emptying a Drainage bag, cathter care and ROM upper extremity the only time they stop u is if the Patient is unsafe. There more so lookn to see if u know it not the exact oder.

hi there! ur in florida?im jst concern about the cna exam.i want to take the exam too.can u help me if its okay.i dnt know what im going to review for the exam.i dnt have any book n etc.im from phil.bt jst gt here in orange park florida lst may 2010.im a BNS grd in the phil.plz. help.thankz:)

Hey Lala, YES... as long as you have a background regarding the clinical skills.. or you better buy a cd which shows the different type of skills or either way you can download them at prometric.com (clinical skills) and also try the 50items practice test... Goodluck..

oh yeAH.i didnt take yet the cna exam cz my papers not yet done.im still waiting my sss i.d.it sucks!anyway,did u take already cna exam?did u go to class?what part in florida u live?

I just finished taking a CNA training course with the Red Cross. I'm going to challenge the exam in St Augustine. I don't know my test date yet. Anyways I live in Jacksonville Florida. I still feel insecure about the skills. I feel like I need alot more practice. I can bring friends on Monday's and Wednesday's at the Red Cross during the day to practice so I wanted to see if anyone in my area would like to practice with me.
