Hello, everyone! I just applied for Baycare's EAYL CNA program. I wanted a little more insight on how the application process works (I have the telephonic interview next week), if it's really competitive or not, how you liked the program and what to expect!

Baycare is a great Tampa medical group! You will have a simple phone interview to go over the basics. If they feel comfortable moving forward, they will typically set up an in person interview next. As long as your background is decent and resume looks ok you should be good to go. I wouldn't say it is super competitive but... there definitely is a lot of people out there trying to get into these positions.
