CNA to LVN, still in school, need some advice

I am having troubles thinking about sending in a request to become a CNA. Last November went out with my nursing buddies and then later that night I ended up with a DWI fixing to go to court over it. So now I am afraid that I am going to be cornered with that DWI charge on my application. I have already given the BON everything they need from me so it is now in their hands. I just don't want this to hold me out on becoming a CNA. Anyone else out there been through sorta the same ordeal?
