I haven't heard of CNA II's until recently? Does it require another certification in addition to being a regular CNA? What is a CNA II?

are you thinking of qma? qualified medication aide they can pass meds. & its additional trainning a cna can get. here is some info from local tech school here on qma, & rnas.
qualified medication aide program (qma) —
5 credit hours
the role of the qualified medication aide is to prepare, administer, and document medications that are administered in a long-term care facility and to perform other treatments as outlined within their scope of practice by the indiana state board of health. this course includes 60 hours of class in the area of pharmacology. following the classroom hours, students must complete 40 hours of clinical with a licensed nurse in a long-term facility. following the completion of the clinical hours, students are eligible to sit for the qma exam as offered by the indiana state board of health.
prerequisites:
restorative nursing assistant (rna) program —
3.5 credit hours
the role of the rna is to assist in the rehabilitation and therapy of residents in a long-term facility to reach their optimal level of ability given their physical, emotional, and spiritual condition. the course includes 40 hours of classroom and 40 hours of clinical in a long-term facility. a certificate of completion is awarded at upon completion of the program requirements.

Maybe those are just different names! I appreciate this response. I'm going to look into it more. See, I'm going to be attending CNA classes in the near future---I've already signed up for classes. I'm always looking for ways to further my education, especially since I'm looking to enter into nursing school! Thank you!

In my state you have to have a CNA license to take the CNA 2 training course that is about the same length as the first CNA course. The course focuses on acute care. To work in a hospital in my state you have to have your CNA 2.
