CMC Pediatrics: Charlotte, NC

I have been trying to get a pediatric RN position at Carolina for the last year in Charlotte, NC. I currently have 5 applications forwarded to the hiring manager, but I have not been contacted. I would LOVE to work for this hospital. Does anyone have any advice for me to get a job at this hospital?

Be patient. I too, found that it took a very long time (8 months!) to get through their system. My advice is to keep applying to every job that you see. I did, and managed to get the job I wanted, in a pedi clinic. I start orientation on Monday! Good luck in your search, if you're still looking!
