I understand the CPNE, but I just a little comfused about clinicals.
How does an Excelsior student get clinical time?
Do they get any or is it all online?
I have looked in the forumns and have not found an explanation on this.

ec does not have clinicals . the cpne is it and it is not clinicals, but a evaluation of your skills. other states have some extra clinical time required but texas does not . there is not really anything about the ec program that is online it is a self paced program.

You do need to be a healthcare professional already, though -- that is why there isn't actual clinical time, per se.
