In post conference we have to fill out these forms about the patient we had for the day and it also asks what a goal we have for future clinicals and what our plans are to achieve it. Being second semester Junior year I have exhausted my ideas and wanted to know what you guys would put.
Any ideas?

What areas do you feel weak in that you can improve?
Really?
My point is I have filled out so many of these things I don't know what else to write... 10-12 clinicals per semester, times 2 because doing 2 rotations for junior year, equals about 50-60 of these I have filled out
I am hoping to get ideas from others, even if it doesn't apply to me so I have something to write.

Why do they have to be new and different? Pull up some old ones to improve on: if a goal was time management, now its adding more tasks and learning to cope with a greater load of responsibilities. If a goal was teaching, now it is addressing more than one topic in teaching, or going into greater depth, or providing more community resources than you were aware of the first time around. Becoming more confident/professional/competent at any number of skills. Being a good team member, which means getting your work done so efficiently you have time to help others.
Good luck!

I was having the same issue so I asked my instructor about it. She told me that it could even be something small... like maybe I forgot to introduce myself to the patient in the morning, so that's where I could improve. I guess maybe the information to review in that situation could be on patient communication or something. I'm not saying use that one, but it helped put my self-evaluations into perspective so I'm not saying the same things every week. Hope that helps!

IMO, that's a waste of time. Start recycling things from earlier in the program. You have much more important topics on which to spend your time and energy.
