clinical care extender program through COPE health solutions

Anyone here been through that training?

I want to know what to expect, especially on the interview...

I really want to get it on that extender program..

I was in the CCE program at St. Mary's Medical Center in Long Beach. I attended from May 2014- February 2015. I was an accelerated CCE which allowed me to go through 5 floors(telemetry, ob clinic, pediatrics, PXA, postpartum) in only 3 months. Like you all I was very nervous for the interview portion but it went really well. It is setup as a group interview and they ask you situational questions and personality questions. If you pass the interview you will get an email inviting you to training. Training is three days long, lunch is provided. The most nerve racking part of this process is passing the test there will be a written test and action test but as long as you pay attention during training you will be fine. This is a great program and it has taught me so much and guided me towards my career path. Goodluck everyone!

Hi! Can you give me a little insight on how the scheduling is like for the accelerated program? I know it's 6 shifts a week
