I have been out of RN school 28 years this year. I have been working in a kg-12 public school for 17 years. I am wanting to go back to the hospital or home health. Any advice?

I would start applying. Apply to every local hospital & home health agency in your area. There is a HUGE difference in the job requirements, and both are pretty different than your current role. There are plenty of skills that you use everyday that will also benefit you in the other roles. Make sure your resume reflects this.
