hey y'all,
i just got my acceptance letter for CSU's ABSN program. I'm trying to line up childcare for next year, but the advisor is out of the office until July 29.
Does anyone know what the exact hours we'll need to be on campus/at clinical?
Thanks!

Anticipate being in class, clinicals, labs 4-5 days a week. Clinicals are the longest (8-12 hours 2-3 times a week). Classroom time is a few hours a day as well as labs. There are times where you will have labs after a classroom session.
So, anticipate 8 hour clinical days and half days, maybe a little longer for classroom and lab days (again, this is going off memory. I graduated from the program in 2015). They will ask you before each clinical rotation if you have special requests for clinical rotations since some clinicals can be in the evenings. This is where you would say "I need a day clinical rotation because I have children" etc.
Keep in mind they don't have the clinical rotations in advance so it may be hard to line up childcare for all of next year this summer.

I don't see anything online about exact hours!! Call the nursing program director to ask about this maybe; (216) 687-3598. Let me know if you find out.
