Cleveland Clinic Weston, FL Hiring Process

Hello,

I just had an interview at Cleveland Clinic, FL for an RN position. Is there anyone out there that remembers their hiring process? The nurse manager mentioned it could take 2 weeks for HR to get back to me. I'm just wondering if anyone has insight into the hiring process at Cleveland clinic?

There is a union but it is not the same as in California or NY. In California there are mandated nurse to patient ratios in all hospitals, mandated time and a half after 8hrs and double time after 12, paid holiday, vacation, and sick leave, differential for nights and weekend, a nurse cannot be interrupted on his/her lunch break or you get and extra 30mins and and extra hour pay.
