Clayton State University Spring 2018 Cohort

Hello All,

I am applying for Clayton States Nursing Program for Spring 2018. I just took the Kaplan on the 6th and wanted to see who else is applying with me this semester! I made a 76 on the Kaplan and I have a 3.52 GPA. For anyone else who wants to join this forum on our journey to Nursing School this semester you're more than welcomed !!! Add your stats too !

Hey everyone! This is my first time applying as well. I made a 91 on the Knat, my overall GPA is a 3.5 and my M/S is a 3.7. I have completed all of the prerequisites and I'm currently taking nursing electives. I'm really excited to hear about interviews and get started.

The wait is killing me. I've been coming home daily, looking for any rejection letters they may have sent me since it's already the first week of October. *Sighs*

@Pandalele Try to think as positive as possible and remember that not hearing anything in early October is a good sign!

Thank you, congrats on your stats as well. Yes, this wait is excruciating! I have not applied anywhere else and kind of put all of my eggs in one basket so to speak! Thanks so much for the information about what to expect next. It doesn't seem like there is a lot of information about this whole process listed anywhere, so it is nice to have this group to keep up with what's going on! Take care!

@Jmart11 I noticed that too. I was kind of frustrated that there's very little information available. I would love to know that everything made it there and my application is under advisement. I only applied to CSU as well. I read the threads from spring 2017 and 2016 and there was nearly a months difference between when they heard about interviews.

Waiting is probably the worst part, especially when you don't have a clue when you'll hear back.

How do we go about scheduling classes for the Spring? I was just made aware that registration opens on October 16th.. and I doubt that we will have a decision by then
