Clayton State University Fall 2012

Hello Everyone,

I was following the acceptance forum for Clayton State Fall 2011. It was very interested and informational so I thought I would start one of my own. I just transfered to Clayton. My first semester will be Summer 11. If everything goes will I will apply for Fall 2012 nursing program. I have A&P I, A&P II, Micro, Stats, Psyc, and Patho to complete before applying. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with summer instructors. I plan to take A&P I and another course for the summer.

Hi all! I am new to the site... I also had my interview on 3/14/12. Dr. Foster interviewed me.. Good Luck and I too am praying! It would mean so much to me to get in for the Fall 2012. The waiting is making me so anxious! For those of you who may have a quiz in Micro tonight, Good Luck! Dr. Foster said that each member of the Committee interviewed 4 people. We all should have a good chance. I am just concerned about being "wait listed"... Thanks for the info. about the decision letters by the week of March 26th. My birthday is April 1, I hope I get an acceptance for my birthday! What a great present that would be... Gotta go study now.

How did the interview go?

Interview went great for me! I really didnt even think about the questions that would be asked prior to being asked. I just answered them on the spot. Anyway she told me they would be done with decisions today and should be sent out this week "God-Willing"! She also said that if you were interviewed then you were in good shape and had a good chance of getting in.They interviewed about 75 people and there are 60 spots open (something like that)

What is the average gpa for accepted students?

I am waiting for my letter too! I can't believe we're actually waiting for snail mail. I kinda curious as to why they don't the letter via email. I mean, it IS 2012 :redpinkhe

Well, guess we'll have to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs to see what the mail carrier brings!

Looking at the Spring 2012 thread, it looks like they all found out on Thursday of the week they were notified. Here's hoping it's good news for us all tomorrow!

I thought they got their letters in early April..When i called they said we should be getting notifications early this week...God-Willing we will get them today.

Just got the mail. No letter. When is Summer and Fall 2012 registration?? I thought it was next week?!

I talked to them today. They said they mailed the letter today.

Thats concerning. Summer registration starts monday. are they hoping we receive the letters by saturday?? what about those who dont live in the area and will not receive their letters by then?! (deep breath) ok, i'm a little better. i guess since registration is more than 1 day, everything has the potential to work out. Good luck ladies. See you on the board!
