I have a restriction from State Board of Nursing that states Only practice when another nurse supervisor in the building and Not accept employment in a nursing facility or a home health care agency. The State Board of Nursing is very particular when the situation is turned around. By that I mean this definition of nursing facility does not completly tell me where I can work and can't. I know I can't work in LTC this is where my only restriction for 1 year comes from. Can anyone help me???

Contact the State Board of Nursing. That way you will know for sure where you can and cannot work.

I would have to say from the limited info that you gave that you could be employed in ANY hospital. All hospitals (that I am aware of) have round the clock nursing supervisors, and nurse managers during the day.
