Hi everybody! I thought I could start a thread for those applying to UTHealth Cizik school of Nursing for Summer 25. Share stats and information as we hopefully get accepted!

I just took my TEAS and got a 92!

Also is there an application fee? If so where do we send? How long did it take for y'all to get the UTH ID?

Do you think they'd extend the deadline again? I have my final today for A&P 2 and I'm worried it won't be sent in time

There is no application fee for Summer 2025. I received my ID the same day I applied. The email said it would take 5 business days.

I just attended an info session. The estimated tuition to finish the pacesetter program is now $57,233 (excluding insurance). I remember it was less than $30,000 one year ago.

Ohhh okay sounds good. Yeah I received my login stuff early this morning . The IT team said to let leave it alone for 24 hours and then try to log in. It wasn't letting me log in at first.

I was in there too , im wondering why it went up so much. the cost was why I picked this school over university of ST Thomas which is 66,000 for 12 months

Hey! I saw your comment and wanted to explain because I think there's a misunderstanding on this. If you check out this page on the UT Health website, you can click on the document titled 2024-2025 Estimated Cost of Attendance UTHealth. The $57,000 cost of attendance is so high because it's including living expenses. The actual cost of tuition and fees is much lower. You can calculate it based on whether you're a resident (in state) or not. Hope that helps!

Guys, I'm freaking out. The school where I took my A&P1 and A&P2 won't send my transcripts electronically, only through the mail. I don't know if it'll arrive on time. I don't know what to do.

Thank you so much! According to the document, tuition plus fees add up to less than $25000, which is reasonable.

Hey guys another question. I sent my TEAS score on the 8th but it still shows it's needed on my UTH account. How long did it take for that to show on y'all's accounts?

I would call them to make sure they received it

I spoke to one of the advisors before and they said if we need to, we can take in a sealed transcript in person to the registrars office ! Just be sure it's official and sealed and they'll take it from you
