Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston - Summer 2025 Applicants

Hi everybody! I thought I could start a thread for those applying to UTHealth Cizik school of Nursing for Summer 25. Share stats and information as we hopefully get accepted!

Previously got conditionally accepted for Summer 24 cohort but I wouldn't finish two classes in time. So I applied for Spring 25 cohort and got denied admission. I'm hoping third time is a charm. My science GPA is 3.25, overall GPA 3.30. HESI scored 87% but now I'm considering retaking my HESI for a higher score.

Hi! Does anyone know how we go about transferring over HESI test scores to our new application? Do we have to go thru the Elsiver website or does it automatically transfer over?

Hi! I actually called them just now, and they cleared up my to-do list so they have my test results and transcripts! Call the registrar office!! 🙂

I really hope they extend the deadline because I'm about to finish these classes on the 15th of December and 1 month of studying for the TEAS I feel won't be enough.  😭

if we applied for Spring 2025 do we need to re send out transcripts and test scores if we are applying to Summer 2025?

No! Just call the registrars office and ask if they can transfer it over and they'll remove the holds !
