Hi everyone! ?

I didn't see a thread for COH's fall cohort, so I made one to keep each other posted ?

Hey does anyone know what the wage + differentials are for new RNs at COH?

Had my interview and you were right, they asked a lot of typical questions. She seemed really busy, so it sounds like they had a lot of applicants. I wonder how many applications they take for each cohort?

I went to the info session and I think they said they looking for 36 applicants for the duarte location for this cohort

I wonder how many actual applicants they had? It took some digging to find the link to apply and even then, the application window was so short. Just received an email to set up a second interview! So nervous haha

I was under the impression that there are numerous and that there are internal applicants too. I luckily came across the info session link by chance, since I would check for postings for various hospitals online on pretty much a daily basis. I was able to get all the instructions for applying from there.

I asked how many managers are gonna be there, and my recruiter said around 4-5 possibly, probably for now. so good luck to all of us!

I think I did decently well on the interview. I was not expecting so many hiring managers and program leads to be in the call. It went from 2-3 people in a call to over 10 at one point. It was a bit jarring having people jump in and out, asking different questions. How did you do on yours? I can't seem to figure out how many concurrent interviews they must be having to fill 36 spots in 4 interview days?

Wow 36!! Thanks for sharing that. Does anyone know how many people they interviewed and when we would hear back by? 

I think the fact that Teams likes to rearrange everyone's videos once people jump on and off is what makes me nervous haha. 

I think I did well, very obviously nervous but crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!

Oh geez, I'm pretty new to microsoft teams... after your comment I just realized that there may have been more people on the call than I thought! I assumed everyone who was on video was in the call but there may have been more who just weren't on screen.

Per the info session, we should find out between 8/24-8/26. They actually contacted me for my 2nd interview pretty soon after my 1st interview so I'm hoping it will be sooner. 

Have you guys applied to any other programs/jobs? I've only applied to this program so I'm really hoping to find out before other programs close their application periods.
